When the application form has finished downloading, open it up in Microsoft Word. To complete the application form, fill in the text boxes on each field. Any fields requiring ticks should be marked with a lower case 'x'. If you run out of room in any of the fields, you may add your own pages to the end of the form.
When you have completed the form, you can either:
- Send the form via E-mail to whcsadmin@rgfl.org
- Post the form to Mrs M Roper, the Headteacher’s PA, at the school address
Note: Don't forget to include your name and contact details in the e-mail.
