| Our values define the ethos which we are seeking to establish at Winterhill School, and the qualities and attitudes which we want to encourage and develop in all members of our communtiy. Through consultation with students, staff, parents, governors and representatives of the wider community, we have developed a clear statement of values which is intended to guide and influence all aspects of the life and work of the school. We expect all members of the school to: Respect Themselves and be proud of their individual identity and achievements and to have high aspirations.
